The festival LES NUITS DU MONDE is organised by the Ateliers d'ethnomusicologie (ADEM). ADEM is a cultural association dedicated to the promotion and dissemination of world music and dance. For 35 years, ADEM has organised numerous concerts and thematic festivals in Geneva. Most of the shows are complemented by films, audio-visual documents and conferences. Throughout the year, the ADEMs also offer courses, workshops and activities for young audiences. They also publish books and CDs and support migrant musicians living in the region.
