This family trio from a small Carpathian village in the south of Poland belongs to a long musical tradition. They have roamed across Poland and soaked up the rich repertoire of music and dance; their music is free and joyful, infused with traditional folk songs and the rhythms of mazurka. But their unusual melodies, radical improvisations and new forms are proof that tradition is a living patrimony – one that changes with each generation.
